Indolibas Refund & Return Policy

Return Window:
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • You must provide proof of purchase or receipt.

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items. Custom, personalized, or special-order products are non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Return Shipping

At IndoLibas, customer satisfaction is our priority. In most cases, customers do not need to return the product to receive a refund or resolution.

If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us with clear photos and order details. After review and approval, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit without requiring the item to be returned.

In certain cases, IndoLibas may request a return for verification purposes. If a return is requested, customers must obtain prior approval before sending the item back.

Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

Depending on the situation, IndoLibas may process a replacement without requiring the original item to be returned.

Once approved, we will process the replacement and provide updated tracking details if applicable.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed based on the issue reported and supporting information provided by the customer.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.

For faster resolution, customers are encouraged to contact IndoLibas with photos and complete order details related to the issue.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If the order has not shipped, a 5% processing fee may apply to cover payment processing charges.

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Wrong Items:

  • Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@indolibas.com within 24 hours, including photos of the item if requested.

  • IndoLibas will decide on return shipping responsibility for damaged or wrong items.
